Basic Cake Decorating with Keegan Rodgers

Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, leads this hands-on and lively workshop.
In this class, students will learn about a variety of frostings and how to make them.

Students will learn about pastry bags, piping tips, and other basic decorating equipment. A basic American buttercream will be made in class and used to practice using a piping bag and tips.
This event is cosponsored by the People's Food Co-Op and is part of an ongoing cooking & baking series.
