Build a Water Rocket at the Royal Oak Public Library

On Thursday, July 2 at 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm, kids ages 6-11 can build their own water-powered rocket and launch it on the library lawn.

Bring an empty two-liter plastic pop bottle and your creativity. Marc Center and his assistants will be our launch experts for this two-hour program. Parents are encouraged to help with rocket construction. Registration is limited to 30 per session. Visit ropl.org or call the Youth Reference Desk at 248-246-3725 to sign up for this free program.
