Celebrate Birmingham Hometown Parade & Party

Visit Downtown Birmingham for the annual hometown parade and party! The parade begins at 1 p.m. and will feature community and civic groups, local businesses and more! Find a spot along North Old Woodward Avenue to watch the fun. The parade will conclude with a party in Shain Park with free fun until 4 p.m.

The parade is a treasured community tradition that spans more than 40 years. It adds to Birmingham's sense of community and offers friends and neighbors a chance to visit along the parade route while enjoying community participants,  local organizations, performers, and more.
