Earth Day Clean-up - Kensington Metropark

Join us for an Earth Day Clean-up! Help us keep our park beautiful and safe for people and wildlife! Individuals, families and groups are all welcome to participate. Volunteers will be broken into small groups and assigned to different areas of the parks, including the Kent Lake shoreline. Scouts can earn an Earth Day Fun Patch too!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Volunteers receive free entry into the park on the day of the program.  Water and snacks will be provided.  Clean-up tools and supplies will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own gloves.  Face coverings and social distancing are required.

Fun for all ages! Under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Time: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Cost: Free!

Location: Kensington Metropark, Martindale Beach
