Handcrafters Markets - Michigan

The Handcrafters brand began over three decades ago as a brick-and-mortar storefront in Downtown Northville. Started by Molly P. and Sue Smith, the Handcrafters show was a brainchild of the store’s success. The goal was to bring together the very best artists and fine handmakers and offer one of Michigan’s top shows. And that is what Molly and Sue achieved - one of the most well attended, highest quality, sought after shows in the region.In 2008 the show changed hands and is now run by Stephanie Jones and her team. Her involvement in Handcrafters eventually led to the creation of Mercantile Events & Marketing. To this day, the Handcrafters brand remains close to Stephanie’s heart as her mother has been a vendor in the show for over 30 years!
