*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 12/05/2015
Midtown will be warm and bright for the 43rd annual Noel Night celebration between 5 and 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 5.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
At the Detroit Historical Museum, you will have the chance to talk and take pictures with – or have your caricature drawn with – the real Santa and Mrs. Claus, as well as enjoy musical entertainment and a free craft area for children, sponsored by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. New to the museum this year is the Madrigal Chorale, celebrating its 100th anniversary! The evening’s festivities culminate with a community sing-along on Woodward Avenue led by the Salvation Army Band, a long-standing Noel Night tradition.
Admission is FREE.
