Will you go out with us? Walk, hike or bike off that turkey and join us to take part in the growing movement to skip the shopping and spend Black Friday in nature. Just as REI intended in 2017 when they began closing their doors on the biggest shopping day of the year, the Metroparks want to help you reconnect outdoors over the holidays. Miles of our trails are waiting for you. Spend some time alone in nature or bring your family, your friends or even your furry four-legged companion. Check-in at the Activity Center to receive your map of destinations within the park and other goodies, then head out on a refreshing walk and some you-time with nature. Dress for the weather and don’t forget to bring your favorite photo-taking device. All dogs must be on a 6-foot leash. All ages and abilities welcome.
