Join us on Thursday, July 18 at 6:30pm for our next Poolside Performance featuring Detroit native artist, Vespre!

The performance, "The Verdant Kind, Music for Vocals, Strings, Birds, and Machines," is an expression of Vespre’s passion for music that exists in the beautiful tension between acoustic and electronic instrumentation.

Joined by a vocal ensemble, strings, and accompanied by the sounds of our natural world, Vespre will be reimagining her original music and newer work along with paying tribute to some of the artists who have inspired her creative practice.

Free and open to all! Guests are welcome to bring blankets and chairs. Admission to the museum is free and there will be a cash bar from 4:30-7:30pm. You can also play Cranbrook on the Green Artist-Designed Mini-Golf (regular fees apply).
