Join our experienced beekeepers and camp leaders for this four day ROYAL experience. Along with our four most popular activities, campers will also learn about bees, beekeeping, pollination & environmental stewardship. Interactive activities accompany each lesson, take home crafts, bee friendly plants, beeswax candles, lots of busy activities and games and your very own freshly extracted jar of honey are ALL included in this camp!
Objectives:
Bring the amazing world of the honeybees to the forefront of education through hands on activities and explorations.
Showcase the relationship between humans and honeybees.
Feature the honeybee as an integral species in our food web.
Explore the honeybee and other pollinators as a keystone species in Earth's ecosystem.
Cost:
$250+tax for the first child

*Summer camp is intended for children to attend independently. Due to the nature of our activities, children are expected to be able to follow verbal directions and demonstrate a high level of maturity. The suggested age is 7+. Please email questions to cassie@honeybeecentre.com
