Virtual Vinegar Making Class

*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 01/29/2021
Do you enjoy using raw apple cider vinegar for cooking, cleaning, and self-care? Join Sarah Hefner to create your own custom vinegars from the comfort of your own home. Participants will learn the history, traditions, and basics of acetous fermentation and prepare four of their own, naturally-fermented, raw vinegars using wine, juice, and fresh or dried fruit.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately.

The class will take place online through Zoom. All registrants will be sent a meeting link the night before the event. Ingredients and equipment are not provided so items should be collected and prepared before the start of class. Click here for the ingredient list!

During the program participants will work along with Sarah to mix ingredients, learn some history, and ask questions live throughout the session.
